- Processing time usually takes from 24 to 72 hours from time order was placed. (Processing does NOT mean shipping time, we are referring to time to pack your order)
- Processing takes place Monday through Friday 9am till 5pm. Orders are not processed on weekends and major U.S holidays.

Standard USPS shipping usually takes 2 - 5 business days in transit, pending on the destination. (shipping time subject to change during major U.S holidays)

Of course we offer full refunds/replacements for defective items, however...
Like most fragrance companies, we can not accept returns or exchanges, as we cannot resell returned items by law.
We suggest that if a product is not to your liking, reselling it on any of many fragrance forums, such as our own Facebook group.
We strongly suggest sampling first with our sample packs.

This is truly a unique one for me. It’s beautiful, as are all others from the house. It’s green, bright, fresh, and zingy, but also slightly spiced from the clove and cinnamon with added depth from the orris and agarwood
And then there’s a slightest “herbal” touch….if you know what I mean. Definitely worth checking out.
