Bad Time Charlie

Bad Time Charlie

Forget about Good Time Charlie, say hello to Bad Time Charlie!

He’s mischievous, he’s bold, he’s entertaining!

A warm, spicy, aromatic blend, tempered with some red and white florals.

Notes include Saffron, Pepper, Select Spices, Ylang Ylang, Tuberose, Amber, Neroli, Patchouli, and Ambergris

Zzyzx RD, often regarded as ‘the strangest road in California,’ is located in the Mojave Desert between Los Angeles and Las Vegas, off Interstate 15. It runs southward for 7 miles. What’s at the end?

A crucifix-shaped swimming pool crumbles in the desert sun. Alongside it, five decrepit concrete baths were once filled with the promise of cleansing sins. Warm mineral water, tapped from what was said to be a holy underground river, drew desperate salvation searchers to this remote California wasteland. Today, part of the pool sinks into the banks of the ancient lakebed upon which this strange 1940s settlement was built.

It is from this anomaly that the inspiration for our newest fragrance was born.

A healing blend of Iris, Orris Root, Amberwood, Sandalwood, Cedar, Ambergris, Suede, Lavender, and Labdanum.

Zzyzx, is truly the ‘last word’ in perfumery.

Malpaso, Happyland’s latest release, represents a dark ride down a darker trail.

Named after Clint Eastwood’s production company, and because we just like the sound of the word.

Literally translates to “misstep,” but we see it more as a misstep into something unexpected, a bit dangerous, and dark.

Notes include Citrus, Castoreum, Florals, Incense, Leather, Patchouli, Spices, Woods, and Vetiver.

Saddle up!

Signature Gold expands on the DNA of the original Happyland Signature, bringing forth a rich and deep Autumn/Winter appropriate blend of Agar Wood, Amber, Ambergris, Basil, Benzoin, Davana, Dried Fruits, Incense, Labdanum, Patchouli, Tonka, and Vanilla.

 Inlandish

Inlandish is a spooky fall fragrance inspired by the album (and song) of the same name by Hans-Joachim Roedelius and Tim Story

Notes are:

Sandalwood, oud, leather, eucalyptus, tobacco, cardamom, birch, herbal notes, patchouli, cannabis terpenes, and mate.

Hinterland

Hinterland (the land behind) celebrates the transition of summer to autumn, and can easily be worn in both seasons (or any season)

Citruses, musks, white florals, herbal notes, woods, almond, ambergris, and a dash of honey.
